The fees you can expect to pay for the services of a celebrant will depend on a number of factors:

As an experienced and engaging celebrant, my fees range from as little $450 for a no-frills registry-style ceremony, to $1950 for the ultimate, 'big-white wedding,' ceremony for the couple for whom the sky is the limit. You can find a schedule of fees for typical ceremonies here.
